END TO END MANUFACTURING

We begin by consulting with you to understand your vision. Whether it’s a custom piece or a new collection, our designers create initial sketches and then refine them into detailed 3D CAD models. This allows us to visualize the design and ensure it meets your exact specifications.

After finalizing the design, we create a prototype using 3D printing. This tangible model allows you to assess size, shape, and details before moving forward. Once approved, we proceed to the next phase with confidence.

We then create a mold from the prototype and pour molten metal (gold, silver, or platinum) into it. The metal hardens, forming the base of the jewelry piece. This step is key to capturing the shape and structure of the design.

After casting, excess metal and imperfections are removed through cleaning and filing. The piece is then polished to a smooth, shiny finish, preparing it for stone setting and final detailing.

Gemstones and diamonds are carefully set into the jewelry, ensuring they are secure and visually striking. Whether prong, bezel, or pave setting, each stone is placed with precision to enhance the piece’s beauty and durability.

At this stage, we add any final customizations, such as engravings or decorative textures. The piece is polished one last time to achieve a flawless finish. Afterward, it undergoes a strict quality control check to ensure every detail, from the craftsmanship to the stone settings, meets our high standards. Only after passing these inspections is the piece approved for delivery.
